A mobile home park in Stillwater, NY is seeking a dependable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience in residential or mobile home communities. This full-time, direct hire role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining safe, clean, and functional living environments.
Position Overview:
- Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
- Location: Stillwater, New York (Saratoga County)
- Schedule: 8-hour day shifts; weekend availability required
- Pay Range: $20–$27 per hour, based on experience
- Industry: Property Management / Facilities Maintenance / Residential Services
Property Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on mobile homes, including plumbing, painting, siding, windows, locks, and cabinetry
- Conduct light landscaping such as leaf and debris cleanup, snow shoveling, and salting walkways
- Maintain grounds and repair community infrastructure (e.g., mailboxes)
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests, including evenings and weekends
- Make supply runs to local hardware stores as needed
Property Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Must have hands-on experience in residential or mobile home community maintenance
- Ability to lift 50–60 lbs
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to safety
- Comfortable working independently and entering occupied homes unsupervised
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Proficient in English communication
- Basic tools preferred (some tools provided)
