WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
Were searching for someone who truly enjoys cleaning and working with others. Our ideal candidate has a positive attitude, takes pride in their work, and is eager to lead and support a team.
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Friendly, dependable, and great with people
- At least 1 year of cleaning experience
- Experience as a team leader or supervisor is a plus
- Comfortable training and motivating new cleaners
- Basic written English skills (fluency not required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be comfortable using public transportation
SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and support larger cleaning jobs
- Perform quality inspections and give feedback
- Train and mentor new team members
- Assist with hiring and onboarding
- Communicate with clients as needed
- Provide on-site estimates when necessary
