Position Summary: As a Facility Maintenance Technician (1st shift), you will be a crucial asset in maintaining and improving general facility infrastructure such as doors, walls, lighting, flooring, and overall interior/exterior of buildings. Your diverse expertise in general maintenance and construction tasks will ensure the smooth operation of our industrial site and contribute to its long-term success.

Responsibilities:

· Apply your handyman skills to address various facility maintenance needs, including door repair, wall patching, painting, floor repairs, light replacements, masonry and concrete repair, and landscaping efforts

· Collaborate with the facilities team to plan and execute scheduled maintenance activities.

· Record maintenance activities accurately, including PMs, repairs, and inspections.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in carpentry or related field is advantageous.

· Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or job within the construction field.

· Familiarity with using hand and power tools for maintenance and repairs.

· Effective communication skills, and willingness to learn and adapt.

Pay $20-$27 per hour. Compensation commensurate with experience.
