Job Details
The Clinical Sales Liaison is responsible for generating acute infusion patient referrals. (TPN, antibiotic, inotropic, nutrition) The Liaison will provide cross functional collaboration with pharmacy, intake, nursing and operations while working closely with the hospital case managers, discharge planners and social work staff at area hospitals and Skilled Nursing Facilities. This person serves as a patient care advocate and facilitates the coordination of post-hospitalization care.
The liaison will be primarily facility-based to develop relationships which generate referrals reflective of our mission and in line with prevailing clinical standards for all service lines.
