We’re hiring an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager for an acute care setting. This is a great opportunity for RNs who enjoy care coordination, utilization review, and working within a fast-paced hospital environment.
What you’ll do:

<li>Manage patient care plans and utilization review</li>
<li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams</li>
<li>Ensure quality, compliance, and smooth transitions of care</li>
</ul>
Assignment details:
<ul>
<li>Day shift | 8-hour shifts</li>
<li>37.5 guaranteed hours per week</li>
<li>Acute care setting</li>
<li>EPIC charting system</li>
</ul>
What you need:
<ul>
<li>Active RN NY license</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of Case Management / Utilization Review experience</li>
<li>BLS certification</li>
<li>Flu vaccine required (no exceptions)</li>
<li>BSN not required</li>
</ul>
