A leading national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join its well-established Condominiums and Cooperatives practice in New York, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with deep experience in condo and co-op matters who wants to work with a respected, high-volume practice serving boards, developers, and sophisticated real estate clients.

Position Overview
The New York office is seeking an attorney with at least five years of relevant real estate experience. The ideal candidate will have significant experience representing:
- Condominium boards
- Cooperative boards
- Sponsor-developers
- Clients involved in complex condo and co-op governance, operations, and transactions
This role sits within the firm's Real Estate Practice Group. It is not a landlord-tenant position.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant real estate experience
- Extensive experience with condo and co-op boards and/or sponsor-developers
- Strong knowledge of New York real estate law
- NY bar admission required
- Excellent communication, drafting, and client-relations skills
Compensation
Salary Range: $240,000 - $305,000
This range reflects the firm's good-faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on:
