About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Therapist to provide services for students in a school setting in New York, NY (10019). The Speech Therapist will support students in developing their communication, language, and social interaction skills in alignment with their IEP goals.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to students as mandated in their IEPs.

Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans.

Focus on receptive/expressive language, articulation, fluency, and pragmatic language development.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to reinforce communication goals.

Maintain compliance with documentation and DOE requirements.

Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress reports as needed.
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
-
Current New York State license and registration as a Speech-Language Pathologist required.

Experience working with school-age children, preferably in DOE or private school settings.

Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Rates
Speech Therapy:
-
Individual: $63/hour
-
Group of 2: $79/hour
-
Group of 3: $95/hour
-
Group of 4: $111/hour
-
Group of 5–8: $126/hour
