Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)

Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation Package

Gross Weekly Pay: $2,914/week

W2 Hourly Rate: $40/hour

Weekly Stipend: $1,414/week
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week travel assignment at a leading academic medical center. This role will support both Acute Care and Outpatient services, delivering high-quality, patient-centered therapy in a collaborative clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence and mobility.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.

Educate patients and families on therapy goals and discharge planning.

Participate in weekend rotation (one weekend per month).
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.

Active New York State Occupational Therapy License – Required.

Minimum 1–2 years of OT experience.

Acute Care and Outpatient experience – Required.

Ability to pass pre-employment health clearance.
Preferred Experience
-
Trauma care experience.
-
ICU experience.
