We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Sub-Contractor Mobile Phlebotomist to join our growing team In the
Buffalo, NY area. This role involves traveling to patients’ homes or facilities to perform blood draws and specimen collection.
Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws
- Verify patient identity and follow proper collection protocols
- Label, handle, and transport specimens accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
- Provide excellent patient care and customer service
- Complete required documentation and reports
- Knowledge of HIPPA, CLIA, and OSHA
Requirements:
- Certified Phlebotomist (required)
- Malpractice Insurance
- Resume
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with proof of Insurance.
- Strong venipuncture skills able to draw from pediatric to geriatric
- Excellent communication and bedside manner
- Ability to work independently
- Must have your own phlebotomy supplies (Needles, tourniquet, gloves, etc.)
- Must have a centrifuge (not right away)
Schedule:
- Flexible hours that you can schedule for the patient and you
- Weekday and/or weekend availability
Compensation:
- Competitive pay $50-$75 per draw
- Mileage reimbursement after the first 25 miles
- W-9 You are responsible for paying your own taxes
- Payroll Is every 2 weeks
