Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ground-up construction, particularly in multi-family and wood-frame projects. This role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple construction projects from ground up to completion.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all construction activities are carried out in accordance with local building codes and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of multi-family and wood-frame construction techniques.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
