Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle personal injury cases from inception to resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and court appearances.

Conduct legal research using tools like Westlaw to inform case strategy and filings.

Draft and review contracts, pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documents.

Represent clients in State and Federal courts, including mediations, negotiations, and potential trials.

Collaborate with clients and legal teams to provide strategic legal advice and updates.
Qualifications:

JD from an accredited law school and active New York Bar admission (required).

3-5 years of verifiable experience in personal injury and insurance defense litigation.

Proficiency in legal research tools, especially Westlaw.

Strong writing, drafting, and courtroom advocacy skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive base salary: $150,000 - $180,000/year, based on experience.
