The Clinical Director/Physical Therapist will supervise and mentor a team of physical therapists, therapy assistants, and support staff to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.

Set and uphold high standards in clinical documentation, punctuality, professionalism, and patient interaction.

Address performance issues promptly and effectively, including clinical concerns and staff accountability.

Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide growth and development opportunities through coaching and continuing education.
2. Clinic Operations & Quality Control

Manage the daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficiency, compliance, and patient satisfaction.

The Clinical Director/Physical Therapist will take ownership of resolving operational challenges and identifying process improvements.

Oversee timely and accurate documentation in compliance with internal policies and insurance requirements.

Maintain open communication with billing and revenue teams to address claim discrepancies and ensure timely reimbursement.

Monitor clinic metrics such as visit volume, scheduling efficiency, and documentation timeliness.
3. Patient Care & Clinical Excellence

Provide direct patient care as a licensed physical therapist, maintaining a partial caseload alongside management duties.

Implement best practices and ensure all treatment plans are aligned with current clinical guidelines and standards.

Serve as a clinical resource and support the team in complex case management and treatment planning.
4. Community Outreach & Business Growth

Build and maintain relationships with physicians, referral sources, and local health networks.

Represent the clinic in community initiatives and promote awareness of available services.

Work with marketing and outreach teams to identify new business opportunities and drive patient acquisition.
