We partner with families, schools, and community programs to ensure every child receives individualized support. Our SETSS program is expanding, and we are seeking passionate professionals to join our team.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated SETSS Provider who holds a Students With Disabilities (SWD) certification and has experience working with school-aged children. The provider will deliver individualized and small-group instruction, support IEP goals, and collaborate with parents and school teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide SETSS services in accordance with each student's IEP.
• Deliver instruction in reading, writing, math, and executive functioning skills.
• Work with students 1:1 or in small groups.
• Maintain detailed session notes and attendance logs.
• Communicate professionally with families, schools, and agency staff.
• Track progress and complete all required documentation on time.
• Ensure all sessions align with DOE guidelines and service mandates.

Qualifications

• NYS Students With Disabilities (SWD) Certification REQUIRED
  
• Prior experience providing SETSS or special education services
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and follow DOE policies
• Comfortable working in schools, homes, or community settings
