BuildLabs is seeking ahighly skilled Architectural Drafterwith at leastfive years of experienceto join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work onresidential and commercial projects, creating technical drawings and 3D models from architectural sketches.
Responsibilities:

• Develop detailedtechnical drawingsfrom architectural sketches and specifications.
• UtilizeRevit and CAD softwareto create precise construction documents that meet building codes and regulations.
• Integrate drawings intoBuilding Information Modeling (BIM)systems to generate 3D models and renderings.
• Analyzebuilding specifications, codes, and site conditionsto ensure compliance.
• Collaborate closely witharchitects, engineers, and construction teamsto ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Maintain drawing standards and adhere to company CAD/BIM protocols.
• Revise drawings based on client feedback, field reports, or changes in design direction.
• Visit project sites as needed totake measurements and verify dimensions.
• Stay up to date withindustry trends, codes, and design technologies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experiencein architectural drafting or design.
• Degree inArchitecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Revit and CAD softwareor similar architectural drafting software is required.
• Strong knowledge ofbuilding design, specifications, codes, and structural analysis.
• Familiarity with structural drawings and coordination with MEP systems.
• Excellentattention to detail, mathematical aptitude, and problem-solving skills.
• Strongtime management and organizational abilities.
• Effectivecommunication and collaboration skills.
