Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Space Planner – Move Coordinator to join our Move Operations Team. This role will plan and coordinate all aspects of office moves, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders. This is an on-site position at our New York location, working alongside team members and under the guidance of an on-site manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed move plans in collaboration with clients and internal teams
- Coordinate logistics with external vendors including movers, electricians, cleaners, and technology support
- Manage move schedules and logistics in Tririga (seat management database)
- Respond to move-related tickets such as new hire onboarding, internal transfers, and desk assignments
- Serve as the main point of contact during the entire move process, resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction
- Ensure the safe handling and transport of any specialty items
- Provide clear and timely communication to all parties involved
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proven customer service skills in a client-facing environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Tririga is highly preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Willingness to work overtime during large moves
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach
