Experienced Benchman – Architectural Millwork Shop
We are a high-end architectural millwork shop seeking a skilled Benchman to join our team.
Responsibilities:

<li>Read and interpret detailed shop drawings</li>
<li>Build and assemble high-quality custom millwork</li>
<li>Operate standard woodworking equipment (table saw, shaper, edgebander, panel saw)</li>
<li>Work efficiently with minimal supervision to meet production deadlines</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe work area</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:

<li>Proven experience in architectural millwork or fine woodworking</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship</li>
<li>Ability to problem-solve and adapt to custom, one-off projects</li>
