Some of your responsibilities include the following:

• Utilize Revit in producing drawings for ductwork, water side distribution systems and equipment as required.
• Assuring tasks are complete, accurate and in accordance with good engineering practices.
• Research equipment selections and perform related calculations regarding airflow and water systems.
• Knowledge and experience with calculations, equipment selection, ductwork layout, piping layout and construction documents.
• Attend field visits, meet with clients and vendors.
• General coordination of specific design aspects into a project
• Work closely on multi-discipline projects, with mechanical, electrical etc.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience designing HVAC systems in high performance facilities.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of Revit / BIM is required.
• Communication, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Background in either science and technology or academic sector is helpful
• Professional commitment to sustainability, LEED accreditation is a plus.
• Willingness to attain PE
• FE given priority

This position could sit in most of our offices and has a salary range of $75, 000 to $125,000. The range is dependent on whether you are entry level, junior or mid level engineers and your years of experience, FE/PE licensure, skill sets and education and is negotiable.
