Employment Type: W2 Contract via Staffing AgencyPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced ERP Training Lead to spearhead a comprehensive enterprise-wide training program for a major ERP transformation. This role involves developing and implementing training strategies for SAP S4 HANA, Ivalua, and Workday systems while supporting organizational change management initiatives.Key Responsibilities
- Training Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive training programs aligned with ERP modernization goals
- Needs Assessment: Analyze training gaps and develop targeted learning strategies for diverse employee groups
- Content Creation: Develop engaging training materials including presentations, user guides, job aids, and e-learning modules
- Program Delivery: Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hands-on training sessions while coordinating logistics and resources
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external vendors
- Change Adoption Support: Partner with organizational change management teams to ensure smooth system transitions
- Performance Evaluation: Implement feedback mechanisms and continuously improve training effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of training and development experience
- Minimum 1 full lifecycle ERP implementation experience as a Training team member
- Strong project management skills with experience managing large, complex initiatives
- Proven change management expertise with ability to address resistance and promote adoption
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Workday, Ivalua preferred)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Experience with hybrid training delivery models
