Job DescriptionERP Training Lead - 12-Month ContractLocation: White Plains, NY (Hybrid - Minimum 2 days onsite)
Duration: 12 months
Employment Type: W2 Contract via Staffing AgencyPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced ERP Training Lead to spearhead a comprehensive enterprise-wide training program for a major ERP transformation. This role involves developing and implementing training strategies for SAP S4 HANA, Ivalua, and Workday systems while supporting organizational change management initiatives.Key Responsibilities

  • Training Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive training programs aligned with ERP modernization goals
  • Needs Assessment: Analyze training gaps and develop targeted learning strategies for diverse employee groups
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging training materials including presentations, user guides, job aids, and e-learning modules
  • Program Delivery: Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hands-on training sessions while coordinating logistics and resources
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external vendors
  • Change Adoption Support: Partner with organizational change management teams to ensure smooth system transitions
  • Performance Evaluation: Implement feedback mechanisms and continuously improve training effectiveness

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of training and development experience
  • Minimum 1 full lifecycle ERP implementation experience as a Training team member
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing large, complex initiatives
  • Proven change management expertise with ability to address resistance and promote adoption
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Workday, Ivalua preferred)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with hybrid training delivery models
