Location: Beacon, NY
Pay: $18.84 per hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift – 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a Machine Operator (Rotocure Operator) to join our manufacturing team on the 3rd shift. This position operates and oversees three rotocure machines and related equipment, ensuring products meet quality and production standards.
Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate rotocure machines and auxiliary equipment
- Review route sheets, read specifications, and set equipment to correct conditions
- Maintain product quality standards throughout production
- Instruct and guide other rotocure operators and helpers
- Ensure proper materials are obtained and equipment is set up correctly
- Follow safety and operational procedures
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow production specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Willingness to train and mentor other team members
