We are seeking a highly experienced Provider Contracting Associate to join our medical billing team. This role works closely with out GAP department in negotiating assigned contracts and Single Case Agreements with insurance plans for out-of-net network providers. he ideal candidate will have experience with Medical Billing, would be accountable for coordinating, preparing and executing letters of agreement with healthcare plans. They will work to ensure that the providers are properly reimbursed.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Initiates, negotiates and tracks provider's letters of agreement.

• Communicates proactively with the GAP department for smooth transition from GAP approval to letter of agreement.

• Communicates with patients to assist with insurance companies to facilitate letter of agreements.

• Maintain thorough records of interactions, agreements, and outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with Medical Providers

• Participates in other contracting related projects as directed.

Experience & Requirements:

• Knowledge of GAP insurance policies and healthcare systems.
• Experience in Medical Billing, preferred

• A degree in healthcare management, business, finance, or related field.

• Ability to understand and interpret complex medical bills and insurance documents.

• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in relevant software for claims processing.

• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance.

• Problem-solving skills to resolve coverage issues.

• Strong attention to detail and persuasive telephone skills

• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Teams, Power BI reporting, Salesforce
