HHA/PCA Responsibilities:
- Help clients with personal care like bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep (based on client preferences)
- Assist with walking, transferring, and general mobility
- Give medication reminders
HHA/PCA Requirements:
- Valid HHA or PCA certification
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable phone or way to communicate
- Driver’s license and car insurance (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to read, write, and speak English
