Job Title: ATF Machine Repair – Level III

Location: Jamestown, NY (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time – Direct Hire
Shift: 3rd Shift (Approx. 10:00 PM – 6:00 or 7:00 AM; hours may vary slightly)
Pay: Approx. $35/hour (flexible based on experience)
Relocation Assistance: Available

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support advanced manufacturing operations involving automation, robotics, mechatronics, and CNC equipment. This position plays a critical role in keeping high-tech systems running efficiently and safely, particularly in areas such as engine camshaft production. The ideal candidate will bring deep mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience in industrial environments and demonstrate the ability to work independently on complex systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair conveyor systems, robotic cells, CNC machines, and other automated equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults in high-tech manufacturing systems
  • Perform hands-on troubleshooting without the requirement of a journeyman card (equivalent experience accepted)
  • Support precision machining and automation operations in a fast-paced production environment
  • Adapt to flexible working hours and participate in overtime as needed to meet production demands

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Strong foundation in electrical systems and mechanical repair
  • Hands-on experience with mechatronics, robotics, and automation technology
  • Must have worked in industrial/manufacturing environments
  • Practical experience with machinery—candidates with farm or family farm backgrounds are encouraged to apply
  • Willingness to work overtime
