As a Production Press Operator, you will support Bruderer stamping machines to ensure efficient production processes and high-quality output. To accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each stated essential function, with or without reasonable accommodation. Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
a. Support Production Operations: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the production line, helping to ensure efficiency and quality in the manufacturing process.
b. Monitor Support Production Equipment: Monitor production equipment to ensure it is functioning correctly. Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
c. Quality Control: Conduct limited in-process quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
d. Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the production area is clean and organized, following all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
e. Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate records of production output, and material heat numbers. Must have legible handwriting
f. Follow Instructions: Follow detailed instructions from supervisors and participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the production process.
g. Team Collaboration: Work effectively, communicate openly with colleagues, and contribute to a positive work environment.
h. Adaptability: Be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed and adapt to changing production demands.

WORK Environment:
This position involves working in a manufacturing environment. Hearing protection is required to be worn in the stamping production area. The employee must be aware of potential hazards, including, but not limited to, working near moving mechanical parts, and limited chemicals. It's important to maintain a high level of alertness and caution while performing tasks in this work environment.
