Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Licensed Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in aesthetic treatments and skincare, along with hands-on experience performing advanced non-surgical procedures such as Microneedling, chemical peels, and/or laser treatments. This role requires professionalism, precision, and a genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their best.
Responsibilities:
- Perform professional skin care treatments including deep-cleansing facials, exfoliation, extractions, dermaplaning, and hydration facials.
- Conduct advanced aesthetic procedures such as microneedling, chemical peels, and/or laser treatments (depending on experience and licensing).
- Evaluate client skin concerns and develop customized treatment plans under medical supervision.
- Maintain accurate client records. charting and treatment documentation.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, skincare regimens, and recommended follow-up services.
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are maintained to medical-grade safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with medical staff and support team to deliver a consistent, high-quality patient experience.
- Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and new technologies.
Qualifications:
- Current state aesthetician license.
- Minimum 1 year of experience performing microneedling, chemical peels, and/or laser treatments.
- Strong knowledge of skin physiology, skincare ingredients, and medical-grade skincare lines.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, professional medical spa environment.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about aesthetics and results-driven care.
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
- Experience with devices such as IPL, RF microneedling, Morpheus8, Exosomes, Salmon DNA, and/or laser hair removal systems.
- Familiarity with medical software and charting.
- Sales or product recommendation experience in a clinical setting.
