Location: Multiple sites across NY PA

Stelda Healthcare is partnering with a respected regional hospital system to recruit Emergency Medicine Physicians for an exciting shared staffing model across multiple facilities, ranging from low-volume community hospitals to a Level I trauma center.

What You’ll Experience:

Rotating across a mix of:

Low-volume, low-acuity critical access hospital (Level IV Trauma)

Community-based hospital with steady but manageable flow

Provisional Level III Trauma Center

Level I Trauma Center with 16+ consult specialties

Epic EMR system-wide

Tele-neurology, 24-hour Radiology reads, and OB coverage at all sites

On-site helipads for smooth patient transport

Supportive, collegial environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in a variety of emergency department settings across the system
  • Manage a diverse patient population with varying levels of acuity
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practitioners, and hospital staff
  • Participate in trauma care protocols at designated facilities
  • Utilize Epic EMR for comprehensive documentation and coordination of care
  • Ensure timely and high-quality clinical decision-making and care delivery
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold clinical excellence standards

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
  • Eligible for licensure in New York and Pennsylvania
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage a broad range of emergency cases
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement

Competitive salary range: $323,000 – $406,000

Choice of $100,000 sign-on bonus or $200,000 student loan repayment

272 hours of paid time off annually
