Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner with rheumatology and infusion therapy experience for a small, multidisciplinary practice.
- Provide comprehensive patient care, manage autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, and support infusion services.
- Conduct assessments, order tests, develop treatment plans, and oversee infusion therapies.
- Educate patients, collaborate with team members, and ensure documentation and compliance.
- Offer flexible part-time or full-time schedules in a family-oriented environment.
Qualifications: Active NP license in NY, FNP or AGNP certification, minimum 2 years’ experience preferred, proficient in IV infusions, excellent communication skills.
