LOCATION VA Medical Center: Immediate opening for a contracted stylist who is skilled in all types of haircuts and styles, including face and neck shaves, for men and women.
Job Type:
- Full-Time
- Salon and Hospital Ward Service needed
- Independently owned and operated by you
- Work 2-3 times a week

Hair Stylist Requirements:
- Commitment to providing an excellent guest experience
- A valid barber/cosmetology license
- Able to pass a background check
- Possess or obtain liability insurance in the amount of $1 Million
- A comfortable approach to working in an exciting fast paced environment without sacrificing quality.
- The ability to listen to our guests needs, communicate clearly with our guests to deliver the highest level of service and have fun while doing it!
- Experienced and new hair stylists welcome
- Professional, friendly, self- motivated barber
- Ability to run your own business in a professional manner
Participation in the seasonal influenza vaccination program is required for all Department of Veterans Affairs Health Care Personnel (HCP). Participation in the seasonal influenza program is a condition of employment. It is a requirement that all HCP receive the annual seasonal influenza vaccination or obtain an exemption for medical or religious reasons.
