Responsibilities
- Be on time on your shift, prompt with each class, and perform services to Mirbeau guests within the appropriate allocated time for the service
- Provide consistent professional wellness services in accordance with Mirbeau Guidelines
- Be flexible with the schedule, supporting the needs of the spa
- Lead group and one-on-one classes
- Create a class experience that shows personality and skills
- Lead a safe, fun, and creative class with a genuine interest in student success
- Maintain a clean and organized studio space
- Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as instructed by the Spa Director/Wellness & Membership Manager and Mirbeau policies and procedures
- Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously
- Possess the ability to work without direct supervision
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
- Regularly attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings
- Communicate to management immediately if any and all occurrences involving difficult guests or staff in the spa that require immediate attention
Qualifications, Skills & Educational Requirements
- 2 years of experience required
- Appropriate yoga certifications required (200 hours)
- Gym/Fitness/Studio experience required
- Knowledge of basic fitness techniques and practices, and a willingness to learn new things
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing personality with a strong desire to provide exceptional client service
