We are seeking a motivated CNC Mill Set-Up Operator to join our team on day shift.

What You’ll Do\n
- \n
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines for precision production
- Load, unload, and deburr machined parts
- Perform first article inspections and ensure compliance with blueprint and GD&T requirements
- Create and follow set-up documents for assigned jobs
- Select tooling from approved lists and ensure optimal performance
- Meet production goals in terms of quality, cycle time, and throughput
- Follow ISO standards and practice Lean 6S manufacturing principles
- Maintain a safe work environment and use proper PPE at all times

What We’re Looking For\n
- \n
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of CNC milling experience
- Basic blueprint reading and inspection skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions

Pay & Schedule\n

- Pay Range: $20.00 – $28.00/hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM; Friday 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- Shift: Day shift in a climate-controlled shop
