Compensation:

$32 - $45 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the daily operations of our dental office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate patient scheduling to maximize productivity and enhance patient experience.
  • Oversee billing and insurance processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
  • Manage and mentor front desk staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Handle patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism, building trust and rapport.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to ensure the office is well-stocked and prepared for daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing a dental office or similar healthcare setting, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Ability to coordinate patient scheduling effectively, enhancing both productivity and patient satisfaction.
  • Proven track record of overseeing billing and insurance processes with accuracy and timeliness.
