Job Description Penino and Moynihan is seeking to hire an Associate Attorney&nbsp; to join its growing Connecticut practice group. This is a full-time position with the possibility of a FULLY REMOTE OR HYBRID SCHEDULE. Responsibilities include:

<li>Managing a caseload under partner supervision;</li>
<li>Drafting motions and status reports;</li>
<li>Regularly handling court appearances and depositions.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>J.D. from an accredited law school;</li>
<li>Admitted to practice in Connecticut; New York admission is a plus;</li>
<li>1 plus year experience litigating insurance defense cases in Connecticut State courts, including handling depositions;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong organizational, time management, writing and interpersonal skills are required. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
