Job DescriptionOur client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel-level attorney to join its Labor & Employment Department with a focus on labor relations. This position is open to candidates in any of the firms national offices.The ideal candidate will have:6+ years of experience representing management in labor relations and union mattersA strong track record advising employers on the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA)Experience conducting collective bargaining, handling unfair labor practice charges, and managing union organizing campaignsExposure to high-stakes OSHA matters is a plusExcellent academic credentials, law firm or clerkship experience, and exceptional research, writing, and communication skillsThe firm is particularly interested in attorneys who bring ambition, initiative, and a collaborative approach to growing and supporting a nationally recognized practice. The ability to quickly and effectively navigate complex labor issues is essential.
