NOW HIRING: WELDER – FULL-TIME POSITION
Join a dedicated team of professionals in a hands-on welding role where quality, safety, and collaboration matter.
Position: Welder
Department: Production
Schedule: Full-Time | Overtime as needed
Reports To: Welding Supervisor
Pay: Competitive, based on experience

What You’ll Do:

Perform various welding processes (GMAW, FCAW) to create high-quality products

Set up jigs, fixtures, and safely operate welding equipment

Read and interpret weld prints and use shop math
-
Use torches and plasma cutters for steel cutting

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
-
Collaborate with supervisors to improve processes
-
Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement
-
Follow all PPE and safety guidelines

Lift and move parts (up to 50 lbs, mechanical assistance available)
What We’re Looking For:
-
High school diploma or GED preferred
-
3+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment
-
Skilled in GMAW and FCAW processes
-
Ability to read tape measure and perform basic math
-
Experience using overhead cranes and hoists
-
Detail-oriented with strong safety awareness
-
Able to work independently and as part of a team
-
Must pass a welder qualification test to AWS D1.1 standards
Work Environment:

Industrial manufacturing setting with occasional temperature and noise variations

Full physical mobility required, with accommodations available as needed
