We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, construction and implementation. Salary will be based on experience.
Responsibilities consists of, but is not limited to:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Ensure that projects are completed within time and budget
- Prepare submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, etc. as needed to complete contract
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with contract documents and safety regulations
- Prepare and organize schedules and attend weekly meetings with clients and consultants
- Coordinate and direct construction personnel and sub-contractors
- Prepare monthly requisitions
- Prepare and deliver final contract documents including as-builts
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer Preferred or equivalent experience
- Over 3 years of experience in the construction industry
- OSHA 30 (the candidate is expected to adhere to the highest standard of safety)
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and AUTOCAD
- Strong verbal, written and communication skills
- Able to identify and resolve issues and conflicts quickly and successfully
- Excellent leadership qualities and work ethics
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated, independent, reliable and timely
- Estimating experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Spanish language a plus
