Location: Huntington, NY

Compensation: $70–$90/hour

Schedule: Part-Time | After-School Availability Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and screenings
  • Develop and deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Apply PROMPT therapy techniques to support speech motor development
  • Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals
  • Monitor progress, document sessions, and adjust strategies as needed
  • Provide support and guidance to families and school teams
  • Maintain professional licensure and participate in continuing education

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid New York State License in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
  • Certificate for Teaching Students with Speech-Language Disabilities (TSSLD)
  • PROMPT Trained
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
