Country Inn & Suites by Radisson is seeking a results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, expand our corporate and group accounts, and promote our property in the local community. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality, strong networking skills, and a track record in sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase hotel revenue across room bookings, events, and group business.
  • Generate new business by making cold calls, following up on leads, and prospecting local companies and organizations
  • Visit local businesses, hospitals, government offices, and community organizations to present the hotel and secure accounts
  • Attend networking events, business mixers, and local industry gatherings to promote the hotel
  • Conduct property tours and presentations for potential clients
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts
  • Support marketing efforts, including social media, promotions, and community campaigns
  • Track leads, outreach, and sales activity to meet monthly and quarterly goals
  • Work closely with the General Manager to implement sales strategies

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience required; hotel or hospitality experience preferred
  • Comfortable with cold calling, outside sales, and networking
  • Knowledge of Sales Force, C- Vent, Lanyon Event preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
