Finance Associate Attorney
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Finance Associate Attorney to join our legal team. This position will focus on providing legal support for financial transactions, litigation matters, and structured finance deals. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance law and a strong understanding of the associated regulatory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents related to finance transactions
- Provide legal advice on structured finance and regulatory compliance
- Assist in litigation matters involving financial disputes
- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide legal solutions
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
- Participate in negotiations and meetings with clients and financial institutions
Qualifications
- Jurisdictional license to practice law
- JD from an accredited law school
- 3+ years of experience in finance law or litigation
- Strong understanding of structured finance and related regulations
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
