Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC)
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Previous experience working with K-12 students

- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of current evidence-based practices in speech and language therapy
- Collaborative spirit to work effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students speech and language needs
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to address individual goals
- Provide direct therapy services in one-on-one and group settings
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy as required
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to facilitate students overall development
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation of services provided
