Estimators, CSRs, technicians, parts, and management work closely together, holding one another accountable and sharing knowledge when it adds value. That collaboration is what allows us to deliver consistent, high-quality repairs.
We are looking for a Front Office Coordinator who can operate confidently in both customer service and front-end estimating, supporting customers while helping the shop perform at a high level.
Role Overview
This is a dual-role position combining customer-facing responsibilities with front-end estimating and file preparation. You’ll play a key role in how customers experience the repair process and how smoothly vehicles transition into production.
What You’ll Do

Greet customers and manage vehicle drop-offs and pickups

Communicate repair status updates clearly and professionally

Write accurate front-end estimates using CCC One

Explain the repair process and expectations to customers

Collect photos, documentation, and authorizations

Assist with scheduling, rentals, and basic insurance coordination

Ensure files are clean, complete, and ready for teardown and production

Coordinate closely with estimators, parts, and production staff

Maintain a professional, organized front office environment
What We’re Looking For
This role requires organization, communication skills, and comfort working in a production-focused shop environment.

Prior CSR and/or front-end estimating experience in a collision repair shop preferred

Comfortable working in CCC One

Strong customer communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

Team-oriented mindset with pride in follow-through
I-CAR Gold Class shop experience preferred
I-CAR Platinum certification valued but not required

This role combines a stable base salary with performance-based upside, aligned to overall shop success.

Participation in a shared front-office incentive pool (CSR component)

Estimator commission tied to delivered shop revenue (front-end estimating component)

Estimator Commission Structure (Delivered Revenue)

0% on delivered revenue up to $225,000

2% on delivered revenue from $225,001 – $300,000

3% on delivered revenue from $300,001 – $375,000

4% on delivered revenue over $375,000
Incentives are based on delivered vehicles, not written or approved estimates.
This structure rewards accuracy, teamwork, and throughput — not sales pressure.
