Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons in mathematics, which may include Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, and Statistics, depending on expertise.

Student Engagement: Foster a classroom culture that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and a growth mindset in mathematics.

Skill Development: Help students build foundational math skills and apply mathematical concepts to solve real-world problems.

Assessment and Feedback: Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress, provide timely and constructive feedback, and tailor instruction to meet diverse learning needs.

Qualifications
Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.

Valid teaching certification for secondary mathematics (or ability to obtain certification before the start date).

Preferred:

Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.

Experience teaching Advanced Placement (AP) math courses or dual-credit courses.
