About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Installation Technician to oversee CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) installation projects and lead field crews to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise on-site installation of CIPP liners for residential, municipal, and industrial projects

Plan daily project tasks, assign crew responsibilities, and ensure work meets specifications and deadlines

Train, mentor, and coach crew members on best practices, safety, and installation techniques

Oversee job site setup, equipment operation, curing process, and cleanup

Monitor gauges, dials, and curing systems to verify performance and quality standards
-
Perform hands-on installation tasks as needed and ensure efficient crew coordination
-
Maintain accurate documentation (job logs, material tracking, safety reports)

Ensure all work complies with OSHA and company safety standards

Communicate effectively with project managers, dispatch, and customers regarding project progress

Travel daily within the state and occasionally out of state for project assignments
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent (technical or trade training preferred)
-
1+ years of experience in construction, utilities, or other field-based work preferred
-
1+ years of leadership experience supervising field crews or installation teams
-
Proven ability to motivate and guide team members toward project goals
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and accountability

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (CDL preferred)

OSHA certification(s) and confined-space experience (preferred or obtainable within 6 months of hire)

Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate diagnostic and curing equipment

Capable of lifting up to 70+ lbs and performing physical tasks outdoors in variable weather conditions

Safety-first mindset and attention to detail

Experience in CIPP, trenchless pipe repair is preferred.
