Mini Golf Lead Attendant
Roseland Waterpark
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the mini golf course, ensuring high standards of guest services and hospitality are maintained.
- Manage staff schedules and shift assignments to ensure adequate coverage.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering ice cream and maintaining stock levels.
- Train and mentor staff on customer service best practices and operational procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the golf course to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Ensure smooth and seamless shift changes among staff.
- Greet customers and complete all sales transactions.
- Perform shift opening and closing duties.
- Provide golf balls and clubs to mini-golf customers.
- Serve and sell concessions to guests
- Operate sales system, receive payment from customers, and accurately count and provide change to customers when applicable.
- Coordinate groups and group sales as needed
- Inspect mini golf course and equipment to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper working order.
- Make sure trash is removed before the entrance and all bins are emptied throughout the course.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older and prior work experience
- Ability to handle cash and credit transactions and balance a cash drawer
- Must have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Must have weekend availability and flexible weekday availability
Hours: Hours of employment are dependent on business demands
Pay: $16.00/hr.
