Role:
Looking to hire a full-time general laborer to assist in snow removal duties in several residential communities. Communities may include >30 residences or more.
Looking for 1099 contractors at this time.
Responsibilities:
- Shoveling/Salting (Winter)
- Lawn cleanup including raking/bagging leaves (Fall)
- General cleaning/organizing (Warehouse)
- Basic paperwork
Requirements:
- Must be capable of working in cold-weather conditions without supervision
- Must be able to physically lift >55lbs regularly (salt buckets, tools)
- Must be insured for general liability and worker's compensation
- Must provide self with cold-weather clothing (Snow jacket, snow pants, snow boots, gloves)

- Must be detail-oriented
- Must have exceptional time-management skills
- Must have transportation to/from the job site
Nice to haves:
- General contracting background
- Experience with snow removal
- Experience with vehicle maintenance
