<p>Noor Staffing Group seeks an experienced Housing Property Manager for a well-known family shelter and supportive housing organization in Brooklyn. The successful candidate will manage a cluster of apartments, ensuring they meet the organization's standards before lease signing. Additional responsibilities include networking with potential brokers and landlords, as well as preparing client-related and building repairs reports.</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of five years of property management experience; preferably from scattered site programs, but not mandatory</li>
<li>Prefer a Bachelor's Degree </li>
<li>Experience in non-profit scattered site settings and affordable housing policies and procedures</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills </li>
<li>Knowledge of low-income housing tax credits, home fund laws, and regulations</li>
<li>Familiarity with property management software</li>
<li>Proficient with the MS Office Suite and have solid math skills</li>
<li>Bilingual Spanish a plus</li>
</ul>
<p>Temp to Perm; $32-$35/hr, DOE ($60-$65K annually)</p>
