<li>Interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings</li>
<li>Perform advanced carpentry, masonry, framing, drywall, concrete, and finishing work</li>
<li>Supervise and train junior crew members</li>
<li>Ensure projects meet safety codes, timelines, and quality standards</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and efficient job site </li>
</ul>
What Were Looking For:

<li>5+ years of hands-on construction experience</li>
<li>Deep knowledge of tools, materials, and modern building techniques</li>
<li>Strong leadership and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
<li>Valid drivers license and reliable transportation</li>
<li>Certifications (OSHA, etc.) are a plus </li>
