In this role, you’ll perform high-quality CT imaging while working closely with patients to ensure they feel safe, informed, and comfortable throughout their visit. If you value teamwork, consistency and meaningful patient interactions, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform diagnostic CT scans following established protocols
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
  • Administer contrast agents as necessary for enhanced imaging
  • Explain procedures clearly to help patients feel comfortable and at ease
  • Administer contrast media and start IVs as required.
  • Evaluate images for quality and accuracy, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret and analyze imaging results
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Adhere to all safety radiation safety, infection control and departmental protocols.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-centered work environment

Requirements:

  • Valid NYS CT Technologist license
  • ARRT registered CT Technologist
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
  • Experience with contrast administration and IV Access.
  • Proficiency in performing CT scans, including knowledge of aseptic technique, PET scans, sonography, X-ray, medical imaging, mammography, and diagnostic evaluation
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in documentation and image analysis

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
