Role Description

We’re looking for an attorney who takes ownership of results and thrives in a performance-driven culture. You’ll manage a caseload of auto accident and premises liability cases with full support from a team of experienced paralegals and attorneys.

Your focus? Move cases. Close cases. Get rewarded.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage your own caseload from intake to resolution

· Negotiate strong settlements and push files forward- we reward results

· Work closely with a high-performance legal team

· Benefit from built-in mentorship, consistent case flow, and marketing support

· Deliver outcomes- and get paid for them

Qualifications

· Licensed to practice in New York (in good standing)

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in plaintiff’s personal injury law

· Experience handling files from intake to settlement

· Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset

· Motivated, sharp, and reliable- you get things DONE

· Trial experience is a plus, but not required
