Job Title:Remote School Psychologist
Location:Virtual in New York
Start Date:24/25 or 25/26 School Year
Hours:Full time or Part time
Pay Rate:Starting at 49+/ hr based one experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:

Conduct individual psychological evaluations to assess students' cognitive,behavioral,and emotional functioning.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities.
- Provide counseling and support to students on a variety of issues,including academic concerns,social-emotional problems,and behavioral challenges.
- Consult with teachers and other school personnel to develop and implement interventions to address students' needs.
- Collaborate with parents and families to provide support and resources.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote student success and well-being.
- Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in school psychology.
Qualifications:
- Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
- Valid and current licenseas a School Psychologist in New York.
- Experience working as a School Psychologist in an educational setting.
- Familiarity with state regulations and guidelines pertaining to special education and psychological services in schools.
- Experience in school psychology or a related role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment and best practices.
- Familiarity with special education laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-informed decisions.
- Compassion,empathy,and commitment to student success.
