Highland, NY | $18/hr | Monday–Thursday | Temp to Hire

We’re hiring a Manufacturing Assembler to support mechanical and electrical assembly operations within a lighting production environment. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, following detailed instructions, and working as part of a production team.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4 ten-hour shifts)

Essential Duties

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and test equipment
• Follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, blueprints, and production procedures
• Use measuring tools to verify part accuracy and quality
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Meet production and quality standards while following all safety guidelines

Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to read and understand written procedures in English
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to use basic measuring tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
