Our client is at the forefront of digital transformation in the global beauty industry, delivering cutting-edge AI-powered SaaS solutions. We are looking for a proactive and skilled Pre-Sales Manager to support our sales efforts and help expand our presence in the U.S. market.

Role Overview:
As a Pre-Sales Manager, you will work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise, tailor solutions to client needs, and facilitate smooth sales cycles. You will be a key liaison between our product teams and customers, ensuring clear communication and successful implementation of our SaaS offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to understand client requirements and develop customized SaaS solution demonstrations and presentations.
  • Conduct detailed product demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops for potential clients.
  • Address client technical questions, provide insights on product capabilities, and propose effective solutions aligned with their business goals.
  • Support proposal development by creating technical documentation and responding to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Gather client feedback and relay insights to internal teams to help drive product enhancements.
  • Assist in identifying new opportunities through detailed market and client needs analysis.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales in the SaaS or technology sectors, preferably within B2B environments.
  • Strong technical background with understanding of cloud computing, APIs, data integration, and AI/ML concepts relevant to SaaS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is required; Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and design tailored solutions that add business value.
  • Willingness to relocate to New York or currently residing there is preferred.
  • Experience or passion for the beauty or BeautyTech industry is a plus.
